My Story

I am Cristiana Paco Langa, a specialist in Local Content and Strategic Procurement, an entrepreneur and mentor committed to connecting businesses, strengthening local economies and creating opportunities for Mozambican companies and professionals.

I believe that local content goes beyond a regulatory requirement—it is a powerful tool to drive economic growth, job creation and social transformation. My career is marked by my commitment to empowering local companies and talent, helping them to position themselves strategically within global supply chains.

As the founder of PACO Local Content and Procurement, I help companies develop effective sustainable procurement strategies. I also lead the Association for Supporting Local Entrepreneurship (Women in Local Procure), promoting female empowerment in the sector. In addition, Save Budget Services works on financial optimization and efficiency in corporate purchasing processes, while Arrazus by PACO reflects my entrepreneurial vision in the children’s lifestyle segment, and Arca da Palavra reflects a life guided by faith, the beauty of scripture, and daily communion with God.

My work extends to strategic knowledge dissemination and networking initiatives, such as the Local Procure Conference, Local Procure Magazine and Local Procure Podcast, where I connect industry experts and share valuable insights. I also develop specialized Masterclasses, Mentorships, Mastermind and e-books to train professionals and companies in the implementation of effective local content policies.

In addition to my business activities, I am a deaconess and mentor, guided by principles of ethics, social impact and human development. My mission is to transform procurement into an instrument of sustainable growth and economic inclusion, creating real opportunities for local suppliers and driving the future of the sector in Mozambique and beyond.
