Launch of Women in Local Procure
What we experienced on April 10th was more than a launch… It was a reunion with dreams, with the strength of women, with our roots and with the future we are building together.
Smiles, looks, hugs, ideas and true stories filled every corner of the room. And it is impossible not to feel that something powerful began there.

From the Heart of the Community: Women Sustaining Mozambique with Their Own Hands
Meet Florência, a resilient woman from the rural community of Cibacusse who transforms the land into hope. In her small space, she cultivates seedlings, plants and dreams — with the desire to see her local production recognized and integrated into the country’s large supply chains.
This visit is part of the Women in Local Procure (WiLP) project, whose mission is to take women out of the informal sector, formalize community businesses and bring these producers closer to major national projects.

I had the privilege of attending the 4th WIP Annual Summit — held at the iconic Mercedes-Benz Sandton! A powerful gathering of women who are redefining the future of procurement and leadership in Africa 🌍
Being among such inspiring leaders, sharing experiences and visions, was more than special — it reinforced that our place is where decisions are made!
