Cristiana Paco Langa will be one of the speakers at the 7th edition of the People Management Forum. She is the founder of PACO Conteúdo Local & Procurement, a Mozambican company dedicated to strengthening local content and integrating national companies into value chains in strategic sectors, such as natural resources, infrastructure and energy.
With extensive experience in procurement and community development, Cristiana also created the WOMEN IN LOCAL PROCURE project (Association to Support Women in Local Entrepreneurship), focused on empowering women in the procurement and local entrepreneurship sector, and created the Local Procure Podcast, a YouTube channel for discussions on trends and challenges in procurement and local content, with experts sharing insights on how to strengthen local content in Mozambique.
Her work aims to promote sustainable and inclusive development, creating opportunities for training and growth for small and medium-sized local companies.
